These Teams of Groups and Groups of Teams support each other for the development of passion aligned volunteer Teams in our area non-profits.
His yolk is easy, His burden is light.
When people of differing skill sets align themselves with people of the same passionate interest, they tend to be energized by working together. A sense of accomplishment, a renewed belief in what could be and a greater confidence to continue is instilled as they synergistically apply their combined skill sets to their endeavor of import.

The CSAS Network Solution
CSASN Leaders utilize concise Service Opportunity Descriptions in support of Executive Directors and Volunteer Coordinators:
aligning us with non-profits who care about the same people we do
synergizing our diverse skill sets for them in more enjoyably productive service.
Benefit 1: Non-Profits Hire More Experienced Professionals to Serve More People
The freely given professional and skilled services provided to non-profits allows them to reallocate the funds previously spent on those services toward additional mission-specific professional staff.
Benefit 2: Reduced Cost of Government
Community health and neighbor goodwill bring down costs. For example, the cost of government services related to police, jail, recidivism, homelessness, addictions, poverty and related crimes is reduced. More youth avoid lives of isolation or crime as they plan their future together.
Benefit 3: Desirable Community in which to Live, Work, Play… and Stay!
Community Unity, goodwill and well-being improve as the people in service are celebrated, share their stories and encourage others to join in the fun. Our most productive people will be more likely to remain and our regions be far more attractive to those considering a new place to live, work and play!
Benefit 4: Increasing Volunteer Involvement
The latent mass of community individuals who would otherwise serve will eventually join in the fun as they see first-hand the value of community involvement.
